Description:
With the increase of sulphur content in processed crude oil and the increasing proportion of residue in FCC unit, mercaptan and total sulphur content in FCC gasoline are increasing day by day. Especially, the increase of the content of high molecular weight mercaptan brings difficulties to the deodorization of FCC gasoline. In the past, MEROX fixed bed deodorization process was used to remove mercaptan from gasoline. Caustic alkali and sulfonated phthalocyanine cobalt catalyst were impregnated on activated carbon as fixed bed. Oxygen in air oxidized mercaptan in gasoline to disulfide. This deodorization method needs to consume a large amount of caustic soda and produce a large number of caustic residues, which can not be reused in any way, thus causing a great deal of environmental pollution.
In view of this, at present, the deodorization process of FCC gasoline in refineries mainly adopts the alkali-free deodorization process developed on the above-mentioned MEROX caustic soda deodorization process. This process does not use inorganic (caustic) alkali solution, but impregnates sulfonated phthalocyanine cobalt catalyst on a fixed bed. In order to make this alkali-free deodorization process complete smoothly and effectively, it is necessary to add deodorizing activator in gasoline to effectively improve the deodorization efficiency of gasoline.
Basic properties of the product:MJ-TLC catalytic gasoline desulfurization activator is developed on the basis of in-depth study of gasoline alkali-free deodorization process principle. It has the following special properties:
1. One of the active ingredients of the activator is strong alkali, whose alkalinity is equal to that of caustic alkali, thus providing sufficient alkaline environment for mercaptan oxidation and removal process. When the agent is finished, it becomes a component of gasoline. It not only promotes the deodorization process, but also does not produce alkali residue.
2. Another active component of the desulfurization activator is a strong cleaning agent. With the deodorization process going on, activated carbon fixed bed will adsorb various colloids and heavy aromatic hydrocarbons, blocking the active surface of the bed, so that the deodorization effect will be weakened. The detergent component in deodorizer activator can clean these colloidal substances to maintain the high activity of the bed.
3. The activator also contains solubilizer, which can significantly increase the solubility of mercaptan in the activator, thus accelerating the oxidation of mercaptan and improving the deodorization effect.
Use method and dosage
The activator is suitable for fixed bed deodorization of FCC gasoline. The general injection volume is 50-100 ppm.
